Eugene has 10 years of investment operations experience and has been with Berkeley since June, 1998. Prior to joining Berkeley he was at Wells Fargo Bank, Montgomery Asset Management, Franklin/Templeton and Fidelity Investments. Eugene has a BS in Business Management from Curry College in Boston.
