Mr. Hart has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining Berkeley Capital Management LLC, he was VP at Dreman Value Management. Previous experience includes Marketing Director for New York Life Insurance Company and National Marketing Director for the corporate finance division of E.F. Hutton.

Mr. Hart holds a BS from the University of Oregon and a JD from California Western School of Law. He is a member of the International Association of Financial Planners, the Institute for Investment Management Consultants, the Investment Management Consultants Association, and has the distinguished designation of being a Certified Investment Management Consultant. Mr. Hart is an expert in the consultant industry and is frequently a participant on industry panels and symposiums. Mr. Hart also speaks on topics involving trusts, foundations, endowments and ERISA and has had various articles published related to these topics.
