Ms. Encinger has 30 years experience trading institutional and client portfolio. As Head Trader, she is responsible for all transactions on behalf of our clients.

Prior to joining Berkeley Capital Management, she was Senior Trader at BankAmerica's Institutional Investment Management Group. Her responsibilities included trading for institutional and trust clients.

Janice continues to be an active member in the San Francisco Security Traders Association and the Technical Analyst Society. Janice served in the San Francisco Security Traders Association for eight years; two as President and six as a Director on the Board.

She attended the University of San Francisco.
